At a mental wellbeing workshop run by the charity, Mind recently, we were invited to participate in a practical exercise around how we process our stress.
In any given day or week, there will be things whirring around our brain, nagging us on our to-do list or keeping us awake at night. They may be work related, family issues or bigger political, environmental, or world issues.
This mindfulness practice allows us to vocalise the issues that are causing us stress and work through the ones we can tackle ourselves, the ones we need help with and the ones we can't influence so need to let go.
I hope you find it useful.
